This guide will help administrators of estates and trusts fill in their Income tax return: estate or trust (IR6) for the period 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2008.

You'll need to complete an IR6 return if you administer an estate or trust, unless the trust or estate has no prospect or intention of deriving any assessable income in a given financial year.
